Woven by Royal Warrant Holders in their historic West Yorkshire mill, this piece offers a substantial, reassuring weight with a surprisingly soft, "brushed" finish. It is hardwearing enough to be the heart of a busy family living room, yet refined enough to drape over a master bed. It is Crafted from a combination of 85% Lambswool, with 15% Cashmere, this blanket is luxurious, gorgeously soft and delicate. The lighter weight feel makes the blanket very versatile, it is also very practical, making it ideal for use all year round. The Lambswool Cashmere combines two of the softest and most beautiful natural fibres to create a delicate and silky-smooth blanket. At 215gsm it is one of the lightest blankets in the range, making it perfect for use in the summer months as well as providing an extra layer of warmth and luxury in winter. Finished lovingly by hand, the Lambswool Cashmere is bound on all four edges with colour-coordinated Satin binding for that traditional finishing touch.
Each blanket is woven from 85% Pure Lambswool and 15% Cashmere. Lambswool is taken from the first shearing of the sheep, and is beautifully fine and silky. The addition of Cashmere, one of the softest and most opulent natural fibres in the world, combines with the beauty of Lambswool to make this blanket truly luxurious. These two special fibres provide excellent insulation and warmth whilst being highly breathable and light.
