Born from the Hills in England, Weave & Whisper was founded on a simple belief: that the objects we bring into our homes should have a soul. Inspired by the misty landscapes of the British countryside and the quiet comfort of a slow morning, our brand was created to bridge the gap between ancient heritage and modern living.

We are proud to partner with John Atkinson, a master weaver in West Yorkshire, England, holding a Royal Warrant—a mark of recognition for the highest quality and service. Since 1783, these mills have been using the same time-honoured techniques, transforming the finest natural fibres into textiles that are world-renowned for their warmth and durability. We have curated the pieces, to enable you to weave luxury into every day, we love that.

At Weave & Whisper, we are lovers of history and heritage. John Atkinson blankets are produced in the heart of Yorkshire, in a Mill established in the 1700s. The brand has touched and influenced many moments in history; these pieces dress the homes of Royalty across the globe. Understanding the 240-year story of the brand and its dedicated manufacture means a lot to us, we confidently sell these pieces globally.For the ultimate in luxury, we offer a bespoke monogramming service, for a personalised gift, or as a special something for yourself. A Royal Standard, Weave & Whisper is proud to offer John Atkinson pieces, a name synonymous with British prestige. John Atkinson is part of the AW Hainsworth family of businesses. As a Royal Warrant holder for HM King Charles 111, Atkinson’s pieces have dressed the finest homes for over two centuries. When you chose one of our blankets or throws, you are not just buying a blanket, you are wrapping yourself or your loved one, in 240 years of craftsmanship.
The Process From Fleece to Finished Piece:
The pieces are produced using the world’s finest fibres, the fleeces are hand- selected from Australia, New Zealand and China.
They are then woven in Yorkshire, England, blended and crafted entirely in-house on the widest looms in the UK,
The pieces are sustainable by nature, wool is a renewable, biodegradable masterpiece of engineering. We love that.
We don’t just sell these blankets and throws, we live with them. We believe in the “peaceful moments'“, the rainy morning with a coffee, the quiet comfort of a curated home, wrapped up on a beach walk or at the Polo or used as a picnic blanket, these pieces form part of our daily life.
