UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: We are pleased to offer Complimentary Delivery on all UK mainland orders.

• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 28 days., each item is hand finished to order in Yorkshire, the products are often despatched from the Mill much more quickly but we do want to manage expectations for you. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your blanket is on its way.

• Special Requests: If you require urgent delivery for a special occasion, please contact us at hello@weaveandwhisper.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

International Shipping

We bring a piece of British heritage to homes all over the world., please contact us for details of costings but please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and other charges.These charges are typically collected by the carrier or upon delivery. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs and duties applicable to your shipment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on import duties, taxes, and regulations..

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your blanket as much as we do but If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange subject to the following:

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Bespoke Items: Please note that monogrammed or bespoke orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

When returning an item, we always recommend that you use a signed-for, insured, and trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not make it back to us, and in the unfortunate event that this may happen, you will be required to seek reimbursement for your entire order plus postage costs from your chosen courier. Please be aware of choosing purchase shipping insurance up to the value of the amount paid for the entire purchase, to make sure you are covered

As each and every blanket is lovingly bound, whipped, labelled and packaged by hand, your patience is appreciated. It may be that your order is despatched far more quickly than the 28 day timescale we give but we want to ensure that we manage expectations properly. Faulty/Damaged Items
