In an effort to reduce unnecessary carbon emissions, we ship all blankets directly from the loom in Yorkshire to your front door. By removing the 'middle-warehouse' stage, we ensure your heirloom travels fewer miles, arrives in pristine condition, and supports a more sustainable, direct-to-consumer heritage model
Domestic & International Shipping
Every blanket is a piece of heritage, we believe the journey to your doorstep should reflect that. Great care is taken in preparing your order, blankets are woven and hand-finished at the historic Yorkshire mill, they aren't plucked from a shelf. As such, please allow 28 days for your heirloom to be finished and dispatched.
Standard UK Delivery
All heritage orders are dispatched via a secure, signed- for courier service for a flat rate of £5.95. As each piece is hand-finished in a prestigious Yorkshire Mill, please allow a 4- week craftsmanship window for your order to be perfected for dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your blanket is on its way, the courier is normally DHL.

Global Heritage Transit
We are delighted to bring a piece of British heritage to homes all over the world. For our international customers, we provide a bespoke courier service to ensure a seamless delivery experience tailored to your needs, please enquire directly for a personalised transit quotation, drop us a note to hello@weaveandwhisper.com.
We handle each global commission with the same care as our UK deliveries and take pleasure in seeing the pieces make their way to their new international homes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your heritage purchase. As each piece is hand-finished to order, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receipt should you wish to discuss a return or exchange.
To maintain the pristine condition of our wool collections for all our patrons, we ask that items remain in their original, unused state with all labels intact. Please note that bespoke commissions (monogrammed items) are uniquely crafted for you and are therefore final sale. Our team is always on hand to ensure your experience with us is as seamless as the weaving.
Arranging Your Return
To ensure the integrity of our heritage wool collections, we ask that any returned items are sent via a fully tracked and insured courier service.
While the cost of return transit is managed by the patron, this ensures your investment is protected and safely accounted for until it reaches us. We recommend retaining your proof of postage to guarantee a seamless completion of your return.

All orders are subject to availability. Within the UK, all orders are dispatched using a signed-for service within 28 days of your order being placed with us. As each and every blanket is lovingly bound, whipped, labelled and packaged by hand, your patience is appreciated but if you do have any issues, please send us an email to hello@weaveandwhisper.com and we will do our best to help.
Faulty/Damaged Items
We would hope that you would never receive a faulty or damaged item but in the unlikely event that you do, please contact us and we will aim to help as quickly as possible. We want you to be really happy with your purchase and aim to resolve any issues promptly.
